Here are some troubleshooting tips that our team will ask you to try:

- Confirm you are scanning either from an iPhone or Android device (for mobile transfer tickets) or from a printed PDF ticket. (Screenshots may present difficulties). 

- If you are scanning a ticket sent to you by a friend, please call them to confirm that they have sent the correct ticket to you and that you're not scanning the same ticket.

- If the tickets are to be transferred via an app (Ticketmaster, AXS, etc) confirm you are up to date on the latest version of the app. 

- Confirm you have tried another gate and another scanner.
