To view your eTransfer tickets, you'll need to accept the ticket transfer from the provider of your tickets. This will be a third party and not Yadara. We will have sent you the information on who is delivering your ticket in your confirmation email.
Search your inbox for the name of the ticket provider. If you can't find the email, some other helpful search terms would be:
- the event name
- the event date
- "sent you tickets"
- "accept tickets"
Be sure to search your spam, junk, or trash folders as it may have been filtered out of your inbox by mistake.
When you find the email, follow the prompts to accept your ticket, and remember to use the same email that you use for Yadara.
Once you've accepted your tickets via the eTransfer platform you'll need to present them at the event within their app.
